After the SCAD 2021 senior films were announced in May 2020, I decided that I wanted to initiate more collaboration between our films and to do so I created a Discord server for the 35 film's directors and producers.

There is a shared SCAD 2021 Senior Films Google Drive that I started and invited everyone to. As I create documents for my own film, I share them within the Drive.
Above are screenshots showing how I notify fellow filmmakers in the Discord server that I have a new document available for their use.

Organizing the Server

To further promote a sense of unity I believe that we needed to be more familiar with each other's films. For each film, I created a new Role within the server and assigned each person to their respective film. Whenever they are online, it displays their name under the film they are on.

For myself, to keep track of everyone's position within each film, I added my own note under each person's profile to keep track if someone is a producer or director for their film.
